Once, people had confidence in the ABC. If the ABC said so, it must be right.

now, it goes: If the ABC says so, it must be sensationalist spin.

It has all the characteristics of a weekly magazine.

By the Right, it is biased to the Left, and by the Left, it is biased to the Right. Its sensationaism magnifies that perception.

It does this in various ways - featuring extremeists without proper challenge or following at once with the opposing view; using some facts whic are clearly wrong in order to feed the sensationalissm; failing to make a proper check of peopl;e they feature to press a sensational piece of "News"; omitting to publish or doing so only once and o page 25, details which show that the sensation previously reported was shoewn to be wrong, and then repeating the former misrepresentation. And so on.

Please, ABC, try to recover your integrity. Do not ape the commercial channels.
